Practice: Lift Chi Up, Pour Chi Down
Beginner and Experienced Students Welcome!
This is a new class for Deepest Valley Qigong, so everyone will be a beginner.
We will begin to learn this most essential practice taught at the Medicine-less Hospital in China by Dr. Pang and passed down to his teachers. Through mind’s intention and physical movement of opening and closing, Lift Chi Up, Pour Chi Down can expand internal chi (energy) as well as connect with external chi – thereby integrating the human being with the living universe. Through dedicated practice, LCUPCD can strengthen the body, reduce stress, heal dis-ease, activate more life energy, enhance mental clarity and emotional stability, and enable deeper connection with the living universe. Good stuff!

Dress in comfortable clothing. There is a restroom there for changing if need be. If you have a yoga mat, bring that with you. If you don’t have one, no worries, they have them at the venue to borrow (please clean after). You’ll either be barefoot or have socks on for our class; shoes are to be left out in the cubbies. Please try to be there on time, but you are welcome to join us anytime you can. If you do come in late, just enter quietly internally and externally.
